Shop Policies & FAQs
Everything here is handmade by me in small batches and I want you to love your jewelry, so here is the breakdown of how shipping, returns, and resizing work.
Shipping & Processing
Made-to-Order vs. Ready-to-Ship: If a piece is "ready to ship," I’ll usually have it packed up and headed your way within 2 to 3 business days. I don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays. If it's "made to order" (like custom-sized rings or a special pendant necklace or earrings), please give me about 4 weeks to make for you before it ships.
Tracking: As soon as your order is in the mail, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it right to your door.
Lost Mail: Once I drop a package off at the post office, it's technically out of my hands, but I’m not going to leave you hanging. If your package seems stuck or lost, reach out to me and we will figure it out together.
Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be completely happy with what you ordered. If something isn't right, here is how we can fix it:
The Window: If you change your mind, just contact me within 7 days of your package arriving.
Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the jewelry needs to be unworn and in its original condition.
Shipping Costs: Unless I made a mistake on your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. I highly recommend using tracking, as I can't issue a refund if the package gets lost on its way back to me.
What Can't Be Returned: Custom orders, personalized pieces, and items bought on clearance or sale are final sale.
Ring Sizing & Resizing
Getting the right ring size online can be tricky!
Getting it Right First: The best way to find your size is to pop into a local jewelry shop and ask them to measure your finger, or you can grab a cheap plastic ring sizer online. Guessing or using a piece of string usually leads to a mismatched fit.
If it Doesn't Fit: If you order a ring and it arrives too big or too small, let me know. Because of how I construct my pieces (especially those with gemstones or mixed metals), some rings can be resized easily, while others have to be completely remade.
The Cost: If a ring needs to be remade or heavily altered due to an incorrect size ordered, there may be a small resizing fee to cover the extra labor and materials, plus shipping.
Repairs & "Jewelry Accidents"
Life happens! Chains snag, rings get dropped, and jewelry takes a beating sometimes.
Defects: If a piece breaks within 90 days of purchase due to a structural flaw (like a weak solder joint), I will fix it for free.
Wear and Tear: If your jewelry breaks because it got caught in a sweater, dropped on concrete, or crushed in a drawer, don't panic. Send me a photo of the damage, and I’ll give you a fair quote on what it will cost to repair it for you.
